30 day Return and Exchange Policy


We hope you like your order but if, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied you can return it for a refund or exchange. Best of all no RMA required! Read on for our full policy.


All items returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in re-sellable condition. This means that other than trying them on they are still in new condition without scuffs, scratches, stains, smells etc. That they still have the original packaging, parts, accessories, instructions and tags. Items returned not in re-sellable condition will only receive a partial refund or in extreme circumstances returned to sender.


Items can be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days. The time period starts once you receive your order. A restocking fee may be applied outside of this. Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges outside 60 days. Sorry.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use for reasons not due to an error of will receive a refund of up to 50% of the items price.


We do try and figure out what our customers need and want before they do but, unfortunately, we are not mind readers. Please make sure you include your order number and a note explaining if this it is to be refunded or exchanged. If the product is defective, please tell us what is wrong.


Due to the nature of some product not all items are eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes motorcycle helmets and personal care products. If you are in doubt please contact our Customer Service Team.


If your order was damaged in shipping please contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Refunds will be issued back to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.


Original shipping charges will not be refunded.


Many of the items we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. In this case the items should be shipped to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.


Returning Products


When sending back item(s) please make sure that you keep a note of the tracking number and that there is adequate insurance on the package.


Please take the time to package up the return safely and securely.

Alternatively, we have pre-paid return labels for $14.99. These are available on most items and will be emailed to you ready for printing. If you would like one, please email our Customer Service Team with the subject line Return Label. In the email please make sure to include your order number and which item(s) you are looking to return.


If being returned for a refund we will deduct the cost of the return label from the refund. 

If this is being returned for an exchange we will charge the card used to place the order for the cost of the return label. 

If the order was paid for by PayPal and you wish to receive a pre-paid return label for an exchange please call us on 888-406-1984 so that payment can be processed by card.

  • Express Exchange


This is the quickest and easiest way to get your new items to you. Place a new order online or call our Customer Service Team on 888-406-1984 and we will get your exchange on the road straight away! Then send back the unwanted items for a refund by following the instructions above. Did we mention no RMA required?


  • Standard Exchange


Send back your unwanted item(s) using the above the instructions. Please make sure you include a note with your:
