Here are the instructions for "touch button" heated products.  

Touch button means that there is a button on the garment that you press to change the heat settings.

1. Charge the batteries for 4 to 5 hours.
2. Plug the battery into the garment securely.
3. Hold the button on the BATTERY for 3 seconds or until it turns on.
4. Once the battery is on, press and hold the button ON THE GARMENT until it turns on.
5. Now you can easily control the heat settings by pressing the button on the garment (don't hold down, just press).
6. To turn off, press and hold the button on the garment, then turn off the battery.
