We have put in extra safety protocols at the warehouse to ensure the safety of everyone. We have stations for temperature monitoring and office workers are still at home. We have added to our virtual staff to help with the winter volume and we are excited to keep moving forward. We appreciate all the support from our customers and promise to keep working hard to get orders shipped quickly. Please note, we are still seeing delays with USPS, UPS, and FedEx and will continue to monitor things.
Shipping Update: As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities, we are finding that some of the carriers (USPS, FedEx, and UPS) are still experiencing delays. On our end, we are able to maintain our SLA (Service- Level Agreements) of shipping windows and working with the carriers to continue to get packages moving across the country. Please refer to the carrier with your tracking number for updates. To say it simply, if the tracking is tracking at all, the package is in transit and will get there as soon as they can deliver. We appreciate your patience as we all endure these strange and difficult times.

As you may know, we are a family business. We have been taking every precaution possible to make sure everyone is safe during these unusual times.
As of right now, we are still 100% functional. We closed our retail store but everyone in the office is working from home. We are video chatting, messaging, and keeping each other on task and accountable. We have staggered our warehouse team to allow for one person at a time to ship and receive. Every order is still shipping within 24 hours and we are very proud of our team!
Our two other warehouses (Ohio and North Carolina) are also following the state and CDC recommendations to social distance.
To ensure extra safety, the warehouse team is cleaning their stations multiple times per day and wiping all products and boxes before they leave our facility.
Our buying team is working with vendors to ensure a solid supply chain so we have the products you want and need! The development team is working on new products for this fall and all production is on schedule.
We cannot stress enough how important our customers are to us. We are passionate about what we do, and YOU are the reason we work hard to provide a unique blend of products.
